My life goal is to help people find true rest—starting in Southern Maine. I believe rest is what we all hope to ultimately discover as we seek out purpose, freedom, fun, health, stability, and connection.

 

Ultimately, I believe the pursuit of rest requires us to stay curious as we venture toward it.
